Texas Camp #1 Rules
No males may wear ear rings.
Except for receiving scheduled medication, all campers going to the First Aid Station must be accompanied by a sponsor. MED TIMES: 6:30, 12:30, 5:00, 9:00
The Snack Bar is open during recreation times and following evening services, however the cafeteria food is good.
Each camper should show reverence and go to the restroom prior to the services—leaving during services is distracting.
Trash barrels are located conveniently around the camp. They are hungry and need to be fed! Please put your trash in them instead of on the ground. Camp must be cleaned before we leave on Friday.
Extra supplies as needed are available in the cafeteria.
No riding in the back of pickup trucks while on camp grounds.
NO ELECTRONIC devices (walkie talkies, Gameboys, video games, Ipods/MP3/CD players, etc.) allowed at camp except for Bible/Bible study use.
ALL CELL PHONES turned OFF during class and services. Cell phones may be used after evening services.
IT IS STRONGLY SUGGESTED THAT ALL CHURCH GROUPS SIT TOGETHER DURING WORSHIP SERVICES
It is the responsibility of each church’s pastor and/or sponsor (male and female) to inform the campers of their church as to proper dress at camp.
Cover-ups are to be used going to and from the pool. All campers are to wear shoes at all times.
CAMPERS are NOT allowed to tape, staple, glue, sticky tack, thumb tack, nail or otherwise anything to any wall in the tabernacle, dorms, or other building. If you have something to hang use the bulletin board or ASK BRO. LEE first!!! You/your church will be required to pay for any damage done to the buildings.
Preregistration
All campers must be 8 years of age or accompanied by a parent. The total fee is $160 of which $20 must be sent with preregistration. This deposit is nonrefundable. The balance is due upon arrival at camp. The $160 fee includes insurance to and from camp, rooms and meals, but does not include items from the snack bar and gift shop.
